$235 per night, two night minimum; weekly rate $1400
Summer Season (June 1- September 30) and Holidays:
$275 per night, two-three night minimum; weekly rate $1600

Holiday rates apply to: Valentine’s Day, Memorial Day weekend, Thanksgiving weekend, and New Year’s Eve
There is a 50% Required Deposit When Reserving
To receive deposit refund cancellations must be made prior to thirty days before the stay, minus a $50 booking fee
Check in 4pm, Check out 12pm
There is a strict no smoking Policy
Pets are not permitted
Persons must be a minimum of 25 years of age to reserve
Lodging tax is in addition to the nightly rate
